As Connecticut and New York financial recruiters, accounting has always been central to our business. Founded in 1992, Harbor Associates works closely with each client to understand the organization, the responsibilities of the position, the experience required, and the people involved in the hiring decision. Search consultants Mike Gertner and Greg Sayegh work directly with clients throughout the process, creating a more focused search built on clear communication, market knowledge, and accountability.

Every candidate is thoroughly prepared before an interview with detailed information about the company, job responsibilities, and key personnel. When available, we also provide annual reports, website resources, and relevant 10-K filings, then remain actively involved in interview follow-up, ongoing communication, and offer negotiations.
